Las Colinas Moradas is a cozy, family-oriented community consisting of 303 lots. We are located between 67th and 63rd Avenues one-half mile south of Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Our community is 12 miles west of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to Interstate 10.

Children in our community Kindergarten through eighth grade attend Riverside Elementary School, part of the Riverside Elementary School District. High school students attend Carl Hayden Community High School of the Phoenix Union High School District.

Las Colinas Moradas is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently Total Property Management.
